1. What are retired sails?
   - Retired sails are sails that have been previously used on sailboats but are no longer suitable for sailing due to wear and tear or age. Instead of being discarded, these sails are repurposed to create unique and sustainable products.

 

2. Are the products made from retired sails durable?
   - Yes, our products are carefully crafted to ensure durability and longevity. While retired sails may have undergone wear during their sailing days, we select high-quality portions of the sail that are still in good condition for our products. Each item is constructed with attention to detail and reinforced stitching to ensure its durability.

 

3. How do I clean and care for my product?
   - Cleaning instructions vary depending on the specific product. In general, most items can be washed in a washing machine with non-bleach detergent.  Please only air-dry them.

 

4. Can I request a specific customization for my product?
   - We do not offer extensive customizations for our products as they are crafted from retired sails with their own unique characteristics. However, if you have a specific request, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will do our best to accommodate it if feasible.

 

5. Do you ship internationally?
   - Yes, we offer international shipping to select countries. During the checkout process, you can review the available shipping options for your location.

 

6. How long does shipping take?
   - Shipping times can vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details on estimated shipping timeframes.

 

7. What is your return policy?

8. Do you have a physical store or showroom?
   - Yes!  We have two locations in Cruz Bay.  Our manufacturing storefront is across from Wharfside, beside Slim Man's parking, in front of 420 to Center.  Our brand new second location is beside Sun Dog Cafe in Mongoose.  Hours may vary at both locations as it is currently just us, the three owners, trying to man both locations.
